Take a ride on the Zanesville and Western Scenic Railroad! Experience a passenger train excursion on an exceptionally scenic and historic rail line known as the Glass Rock Spur. Registration required.

A bus will leave from the John McIntire Library at 12 PM and get back around 2:15 PM or you can meet us there at 12:30 PM. The train will depart from the station at 1 PM and will take roughly 45 minutes. At the end of the ride the train stops at the Pumpkin Patch where each child has an opportunity to go out in the field and pick out their own pumpkin. This program is done in conjunction with the Homeschoolers Explore program at MCLS.
