Mental Health First Aid Training

At this event, you will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

All participants will be provided with materials and a Mental Health First Aid Certificate upon completion.

Please bring your own lunch.
